Booking Policy

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments. This booking fee is deducted from your final balance.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours before your appointment can be transferred to a new booking date, subject to availability.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in the booking fee being forfeited.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours, or failure to attend your appointment without notice (no-show), may be charged up to 100% of the booked service.
• If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened to avoid impacting other clients. The full service fee will still apply.
• In the unlikely event that Omey Beauty needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund of any booking fee paid.
